Email conversations
Sailsnake’s email is hosted by YourHosting. When you contact us via email, those specific emails are stored on the servers of YourHosting. The website and website backups are hosted by Netlify/Heroku. Data that you provide on Sailsnake’s website is stored on the servers of Netlify. E-mail conversations
Our security Protocols
No physical copies of your personal data are created. Your data is exclusively managed within the mentioned systems and software.
The personal data handled by Sailsnake or the aforementioned third parties is accessible only through the mentioned software and is safeguarded by passwords and, whenever possible, two-factor authentication. In this two-factor authentication process, a code is generated by the software and sent to Sailsnake. This code must be used during the login process. The devices that access your data are also protected by passwords and/or fingerprint locks. The number of devices with access to your data is restricted to only those necessary.
